Product Return Information:
Please e-mail your request to return a product to sales@classesforchildbirth.com our sales dept. will respond to your e-mail promptly. A CECP authorization code is necessary in order to return a product. Only merchandise authorized by CECP for return will be accepted. Personalized merchandise is not returnable or refundable. Requests to return a product must be made within 15 days after receipt of purchase, unless specified differently on your purchase receipt or invoice. Clothing items returned or exchanged for a different size must be in new condition. No returns are accepted for the following: CD’s or toiletries. Returns for clothing or size exchanges must be accompanied by a CECP coded authorization form. This form will be e-mailed to you, please down load and print this form and return it with the merchandise. Merchandise must be sent in its original packaging along with the original invoice (please keep a copy for your records). CECP does not pay for return shipping or costs incured for shipping a product for which an exchange is requested. Such shipping costs will be invoiced to your PayPal or credit card account.

These companies are provided standard shipping information only; they maintain their own privacy policies. If you find these articles of special interest to you, it is suggested that you consult with your care provider for more extensive information. There may be necessary variations from the information contained in CECP articles, which your doctor may recommend based on your individual circumstances. Every pregnant mom is an individual, therefore, your care provider who has knowledge of your medical history should always remain your medical advisor. The information provided in CECP’s health articles is not intended for making medical decisions, it is for informational purposes only. You are hereby encouraged to consult with your care provider when making medical decisions. We strongly promote and advocate that you communicate any health questions or concerns to your care provider at every prenatal appointment. All information and educational materials used to teach CECP Childbirth and Newborn Care Classes is evidenced based and is standard for the teaching of prepared childbirth education. CECP’s classes are educational only. Participants are advised to notify their care provider that they are taking a childbirth class. Participants are always asked to consult with their care provider regarding course information, because there may be variations or exceptions for information contained in CECP's classes that your doctor/ nurse midwife may recommend based on your individual health circumstances. Your care provider who is providing your ongoing medical care must always be consulted for advice and medical decisions. CECP desires that all participants of its classes achieve a positive childbirth experience, however, CECP makes no claims that participation in its classes will guarantee a desired childbirth outcome.

MEDICAL and LEGAL LIABILITY INDEMNITY POLICY STATEMENT:
CECP reserves the right to obtain emergency medical treatment for any attendee at a CECP workshop or class as felt appropriate and necessary. Consequent expenses that may result shall be the sole responsibility of the said individual, or individuals. All participants of CECP classes and workshops with known or suspected medical conditions wherein participation would pose a known or suspected hazard or health risk, whether to participant or unborn child, should confer with their health provider to determine if they should participate in CECP classes or workshops. Participants enrolled and attending CECP classes who discover they have medical problems that might in any way require activity limitations or exclusions in CECP classes must immediately notify CECP’s childbirth instructor of said concern or condition upon their first knowledge. Failure to notify CECPs’ Childbirth Instructor verbally and in writing of such a condition or concern shall invoke an immediate indemnity of Childbirth Education Classes & Products, Inc., its corporate entities, independent contractors and employees of any and all associated legal and financial liability. Please note: Participation in a CECP class is not a substitute for prenatal medical care. |
PRODUCT LIABILITY INDEMNITY STATEMENT:
CECP makes no warranties for personal suitability of the products sold. Test all topical products as a precaution by using a dime-sized amount before further applications. Consult your care provider for any concerns what so ever regarding product efficacy for your personal use. PAYMENT POLICIES:
Payments:
Payments for online products are accepted in the form of credit card or PayPal . Payment for classes and workshops must be received at time of final registration, confirmed payment reserves your class appointments. Please speak with the registrar for information regarding additional options for making payment for classes, events or workshops. All online payments are through Pay Pal’s secure payment system with payment accepted by credit card or PayPal account.
Class Cancellations and Requests to Make-Up a Class Day:
CECP Prepared Childbirth Classes are non-refundable. Participants may request to reschedule one appointment date as available, or extend the hours for two class appointment dates based on the instructors availablility. Thereafter, any additional make-up dates are at a pro-rated fee. Please promptly e-mail registrar@classesforchildbirth.com in the event you need to cancel, reschedule or make-up a class day. In the event of a one day class cancellation by CECP, you will be notified by phone and e-mail and may choose to attend a make-up class day, arrange for extended class hours, or receive a refund for that class day. In the unlikely event that two class days or a full class series must cancelled by CECP, you will be promptly notified by CECP and will receive a full or prorated refund as determined appropriate.
